Shipping and Returns Policy

To provide the best deal to the customers, we offer a flat rate $5.99 shipping charges for orders below $40. Above $40, there is free standard ground shipping for orders anywhere in United States except Alaska and Hawaii.

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

We do not ship outside United States.

We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on geographical location. It may take anywhere from 3-10 business days for the receipt of orders within United States. After the delivery is confirmed, ShoeMars.com is not responsible for any theft of the product.


Cancellation request can be sent to customerservice@shoemars.com within 8 hours of placing your order. However, sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. If orders are already processed for shipping, we cannot cancel those.

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.


We do not offer exchanges for any products.


If you want to make returns for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@shoemars.com within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, and we would be happy to process your returns immediately. We would issue a return authorization # and provide you with return address / pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be returned in original condition with original packing and tags intact within 15 days of return authorization or 30 day return period, which ever is latter. Please do not use the manufacturer’s box as shipping container. We provide full refund for the purchase less our actual (not $5.99 flat charge below $40, if paid) shipping charges to the customer. Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

For any undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Jewelry returns: Please also note that due to human hygiene factor, we can only accept jewelry if it is unworn. Item must be returned in original condition, packaging and with documentation. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Damaged Product Claim

In an unlikely event, where the product is received damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product and send it to customerservice@shoemars.com along with other purchase details. We will immediately take up the matter with the shipper.
