Shipping
To provide best deal to the customers, we offer FREE standard ground shipping for orders above $40 anywhere in United States except Alaska and Hawaii. A flat rate of $5.99 is charged for orders between $30 to $30.99 and of $9.99 for orders below $30.
We also offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING at $16 per order.
Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
We do not ship outside United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on geographical location. It may take anywhere from 3-10 business days for the receipt of orders within United States. After the delivery is confirmed, ShoeMars is not responsible for any theft of the product.
For any undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error, shipping costs are non-refundable.
In an unlikely event, where the product is received damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product and immediately take up the matter with the shipper. Please also send pictures to customerservice@shoemars.com along with other purchase details.
Cancellations
Cancellation request can be sent to customerservice@shoemars.com within 4 hours of placing your order. However, sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. If orders are already processed for shipping, we cannot cancel those.
Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

We offer free exchange of all products. To exchange, please first make a new purchase of the required product and then send in the return to us within the 30 day return period for full refund.
